January 2024 I was unaware of the whole work injury/compensation process. Is it something employees should know about within their job? It's not until something happened, that I had to learn along the way. I felt it was very thorough even though at the time I was overwhelmed with pain, appointments & work. Thank you for all the help.

June 2023 Hannah did a great job with our worker, and I would highly recommend her, however our service has few referrals to VRP's and thus the "somewhat likely" to refer for future assistance.

Hey people! I want working men and woman to know about Lisa and, my experience under her care in my workers compensation Injury management process.

To start with she arranged the best specialist for my fracture and ligament damage. I was extremely stressed at the time with four young children. She took over my worries by liaising with the insurance company and my work-place.

This was a massive weight of the shoulders as I never appreciated the stress involved in hurting yourself at work and the due process afterward.

I was able to call her at all times and she worked for me offering both alternative employment in the back to work phase of recovery and arranged brilliant Physio's and Exercise Physiologists to enable me to become work fit again. I was treated well and regardless of any stress , I feel I was truly blesses to have her by my side during this process. When I get back to work both mentally and physically after receiving support and advice from her team I will truly be ready.

This is of optimum importance for me as I have a physical job in either plastering or scaffolding, and my body needs to be healthy to feed my family.

I would like to both thank her and her team for their ongoing great work that they do for people, when they are at their most vulnerable. Thanks Lisa I would recommend you to anyone or any business wanting someone professional to look after their workers in this difficult time, if it may arise.
