I am a caring and committed case manager with over 17 years of experience in the industry, grounded in a Bachelor of Nursing and a strong clinical foundation. My 16 years working in tertiary hospitals—particularly in acute spinal injuries, multi-trauma, and orthopaedics—have equipped me with a deep understanding of how to support individuals navigating complex medical and rehabilitation journeys. I combine my acute and rehab knowledge to ensure that each client’s medical, psychological, and social needs are met with thoughtful, multidisciplinary care.
Known as a trusted provider for complex claims, I tailor my approach to each individual, offering a comprehensive range of services including initial and biopsychosocial assessments, SMART goal setting, rehabilitation and return-to-life plans, ergonomic and workplace assessments, and vocational and skills evaluations. I also support clients with job readiness coaching, resume and interview preparation (including guidance around disclosure), retraining, and transition planning—particularly for Defence members moving into DVA pathways. My experience extends to labour market analyses, including remote and regional areas.
I’m passionate about supporting those in high-pressure, service-focused roles, and I have extensive experience working with first responders and Defence personnel. This includes long-standing work with the Australian Defence Force, St John Ambulance, WA Police Force, Australian Federal Police, Veterans, and professionals across health, child protection, Department of Justice and the broader commercial sectors. I understand the unique demands of these roles and take pride in walking alongside clients through recovery with empathy, clarity, and consistency.
Supporting people with complex medical and psychosocial challenges—especially those at risk of self-harm or suicide—has been some of the most meaningful work I’ve done. I take a thoughtful and culturally sensitive approach, building trust and aligning care with each individual’s communication style and life context. My goal is always to ensure clients feel seen, supported, and empowered as they move toward recovery and renewed purpose.
