I am a passionate and client-focused Accredited Exercise Physiologist with a strong academic foundation, holding a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology and Exercise and Sports Science. With more than 10 years in the pharmaceutical industry, 6+ years of clinical experience, and nearly 3 years in vocational rehabilitation and case management, I bring a well-rounded and compassionate approach to supporting individuals on their recovery journeys.
My experience spans a wide range of industries—from resources and construction to healthcare, retail, and emergency services. I’ve worked closely with clients from diverse cultural and social backgrounds, always prioritising empathy, clear communication, and individualised care. My multidisciplinary background enables me to adopt a holistic approach—engaging stakeholders, tailoring sustainable rehabilitation plans, and guiding clients through every step, from initial assessment to successful return to work.
I have worked within the WA Workers’ Compensation system, supporting claims through the Insurance Commission of WA, WA Police, Comcare, and Veterans. My experience includes high-risk, complex Veteran cases, where I’ve helped clients transition after medical discharge. I have supported individuals facing a wide range of challenges, including mental health conditions, comorbidities, family breakdowns, and social isolation.
Drawing on both my clinical and pharmaceutical knowledge, I’ve worked alongside first responders and emergency services, ensuring medical management plans are practical, client-centred, and grounded in trust. I’ve also provided first aid and triage care in high-pressure environments, always focused on achieving the best outcomes.
Working with clients experiencing self-harm or suicidal ideation has been especially meaningful. I take pride in creating safe, supportive networks, helping stabilise crises, and ensuring each person has access to the right medical and psychological care.
My goal is always to empower individuals, restoring confidence, improving wellbeing, and helping them move forward with strength and support.
